When working with spaces that are small find furniture items that are multifunctional, such as a coffee table

into a storage area. You can also find desks for small spaces day beds work perfect for a seating area by day,
and a bed when in need.
Another tip for a smaller spaces is to be sure and keep the room color light and fresh looking. Dark colors
will make the room appear smaller, and walls that are soiled will also make the room look drab. So keep your
paint fresh looking, so your artwork will display crisply.
Reflective Lighting
Make use of reflective light. Hang a mirror where it reflects the outside light and greenery. Glass picture
frames can also reflect light. Make use of hanging lights, or even a pole light with a series of lights pointing
toward the top of the ceiling.
When interior decorating a small space use complementary colors. Keep the furniture colors complementary with
the wall colors without creating to much contrast between the various elements. Stay away from dark shades.

help bring your design elements together.
